Set up in 2020 by a qualified teacher and cheesy recruiter, Thrive Education recognised the need for a new supply teaching agency in Gloucestershire that could provide a superior service to those agencies already working within the region.
Our vision was to deliver a simple, transparent and fair staffing solution to schools and teachers alike. We recognised how crucial it was to take the time to talk to schools in a detailed way in order to gain a proper understanding of each setting’s unique characteristics, values, challenges, priorities and needs.
Our consultants beleive this understanding to be the bedrock of creating successful staffing solutions. As after all, no one benefits from unsuccessful placements, least of all the pupils!
