Hooray are delighted to have been retained by TIC+ (Teens in Crisis) to exclusively recruit for a Fundraising Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis! With their Head Office in Mitcheldean and additional offices in Gloucester, TIC+ specialise in providing counselling services to children, young people from 9-25 years old and their families! Their mission is to improve, preserve, and promote good mental health and wellbeing among children, young people and their families.

As a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Explore & increase applications to grant giving trusts and foundations promoting TIC+ and its work
  • Be responsible for the Corporate donor pipeline, growing relationships and partnerships with existing donors
  • Develop, monitor and manage a fundraising plan capable of generating circa £750,000 per year
  • Establish a fundraising pipeline, including projections
  • Work with the COO & CFO to define clear income targets for all fundraising activities
  • Be responsible for managing and maintaining TIC+ fundraising system (Beacon)

To be successful as a Fundraising Manager, you will:

  • Have experience of fundraising, particularly from grants giving trusts and foundations
  • Have an understanding of corporate partners, individual giving and fundraising from community groups
  • Be able to demonstrate how to set, manage and report against fundraising KPI's
  • Be able to write compelling, effective and engaging copy to secure engagement and/or funding
  • Demonstrate an ability to write compelling, effective and engaging copy
  • Be a creative individual and a positive attitude to problem solving

In return, TIC+ are offering an annual salary of up £41,500 pro rata, depending on experience. Please note, this is a permanent, part-time (30 hours a week) position.
