Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will be:* Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment* Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with students and other members of staff* Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers* Establish rapport quickly with students* Be flexible to cover various subjects across KS3 and KS4
Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:* Previous experience working in a school setting or experience with young people* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail* A passion and commitment to support students in their learning* Ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere* A degree in any subject
