At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for passionate, dynamic, and lively individuals eager to embark on exciting teaching opportunities across the beautiful South West region.

If you have a background in helping support managing classrooms through supply/cover work, we want to hear from you!

We are currently looking for experienced HLTA's or strong TA who are wanting to expand on their knowledge and background.

The roles that can be offered range from Part-Time, Full-Time and Ad-Hoc allowing you to choose when you want to work; create a flexible schedule that suits you and your lifestyle; choose from day-to-day supply roles, or develop your career a step further by taking on roles for a long-term basis.

Role requirements

The schools I work with are seeking flexible, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to help pupils on their learning journey.

For this specific role, it is necessary to have experience or qualifications in HLTA roles, proactive with good initiative and great curriculum knowledge.

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
