AES Sustainability Consultants Ltd is an award-winning consultancy firm that works with some of the leading UK housebuilders and developers, delivering high quality energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries.

We are currently looking for a Sustainability Consultant (Overheating) to join our growing team. This role is fully remote with minimal travel required. All IT equipment will be provided.

As a Sustainability Consultant your key accountabilities include:

  • Producing Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments

  • Active engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the development

  • Delivery of high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES

  • Thermal Modelling using IES software

  • Being involved in Energy Assessments and modelling improvements

  • Consult on building design to comply with Part L

  • Energy and Sustainability statements for planning

Essential Competencies of Sustainability Consultant:

  • Experience in producing Overheating TM59/Part O assessments

  • Be competent in the use of IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52

  • Experience consulting on building design to comply with Part L
