We are looking for real estate specialists in Dubai to join our high performing Sales and Leasing teams. Estate Agent’s Role Requirements:

• Calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct market appraisals for listings
• Keeping up to date with market trends
• Manage property listings through company’s CRM
• Qualifying leads and arranging viewings
• Representing as the negotiator between parties to come to suitable outcomes
• Keeping accurate and up to date records of listings, clients, owners and landlords
• Keeping in regular contact with clients to build strong relationships ensuring trust and
• Transparency

What you will need:

• A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to expand your knowledge in the sector
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Working collaboratively to achieve a desired outcome
• Being proactive and energetic
• To be presentable as smart business attire is required at all times
• Strong networking skills
