We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our growing team at The Celtic Arms.

Salary/Benefits

Salary:
- £11.70 per hour Plus an equal share of tips.

About the Role of FloorSupervisor
We are currently recruiting for a full time Floor Supervisor in our busy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have many of the following qualities:
- Supervise and lead the restaurant floor team
- Provide a high level of customer service, leading by example to our younger staff
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Be able to work in a fast, busy environment working in all areas of the floor
- Understanding health and safety issues
- Accuracy in cash handling
- Be able to lock up the building at the end of the night
- Have previous experience in a similar role
