In this role, you will provide technical support, lead innovative IT projects and be a fundamental part of the business during this exciting growth stage, all while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st, 2nd & 3rd tier technical support to clients, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor and maintain clients' IT systems through our RMM to minimise disruptions and downtime.
- Assist/Lead the design and implementation of IT projects and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends to continually improve service delivery.
What We Require:
Desirable not essential as all levels of experience will be strongly considered.
- Proven experience in IT support roles
- Expertise in Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Understanding of Cyber Security (Compliance & Technical levels)
- Proficiency in networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Intune.
What’s in It for You:
- Salary: £34,000 - £38,000.
- 22 days holiday (Plus bank holidays and continuous service reward).
