Adaptable Recruitment are working with an established business based in North Wales, who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This position is ideal for an AAT studier or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a finance function with a focus on transactional duties.
Responsibilities:- Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with accounts payable, including payment runs and query resolution
- Allocating and processing incoming payments
- Supporting credit control by monitoring outstanding balances and liaising with customers
- Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with general administrative tasks
- Handling finance-related queries and providing support to the wider team
- AAT studier, finance/accounting graduate, or similar qualification
- Strong numerical and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and finance systems
- Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an office-based role
