Finance Administrator (AAT Studier/Graduate) - £24,000-£26,000

Adaptable Recruitment are working with an established business based in North Wales, who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team. This position is ideal for an AAT studier or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a finance function with a focus on transactional duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with accounts payable, including payment runs and query resolution
  • Allocating and processing incoming payments
  • Supporting credit control by monitoring outstanding balances and liaising with customers
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Handling finance-related queries and providing support to the wider team
Requirements:
  • AAT studier, finance/accounting graduate, or similar qualification
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and finance systems
  • Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an office-based role
