We are looking for aBar Managerto lead our vibrant bar team and enhance the theatre experience for our guests - Bryn Williams at Theatr Clwyd
Full-Time, Average 40 hours per week
What Youll Do:
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring smooth service before, during, and after performances
- Train, motivate, and manage bar staff to deliver top-tier customer service Maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
- Create an inviting atmosphere that complements the theatres unique experience
What Were Looking For:
- Previous bar management experience (preferably in a theatre, live venue, or hospitality setting)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, stock, and staff schedules efficiently
- Creativity in enhancing the bars offerings and customer experience A positive attitude and a passion for theatre and live entertainment
