Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated male PE teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will inspire and motivate students to develop their physical skills, promote healthy lifestyles, and foster a love for sports and physical activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the PE curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate in physical activities and promote overall well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and physical education.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
