Experienced Controls Engineer immediately sought for leading specialists in design and manufacture of automation solutions and special purpose machinery.
Due to new projects they are looking for an experienced Engineer with Siemens TIA experience.

Control Engineer - The Role:
- Special Purpose Machinery development for Automotive & Pharmaceutical Industries
- PLC design using Siemens TIA Portal v12-18 and occasionally Omron NJ/ Mitsubishi Q/A series
- Follow projects through from initial customer requirements, through to design, manufacture and acceptance testing
- Establish long lasting relationships with both external customers as well as Controls and Mechanical Design colleagues
- Installation and Commissioning on site, predominantly within the UK for modifications and commissioning, but most of the time will be based at the home site in Essex
Control Engineer - The Person:
- Background of Automated Machinery design – Bespoke design desirable
- Have an understanding of control circuits and pneumatics
- Robotic experience with ABB, Fanuc and Universal Robots COBOT is preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible with travel to sites around the UK
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
Located in Essex, this role would be commutable from Chelmsford, Harlow, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas.
This role would be suitable for an Automation Engineer, Control Engineer, System Engineer or a PLC Software Engineer
