Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Salary: upto 37,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in the Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M-F core working hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
Domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
Periodic inspection & testing of domestic dwellings, conducting essential electrical checks to maintain compliance and safety.
Minor heating installation works, supporting heating system installations with necessary electrical connection.
Rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.
Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.
Fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.
Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative, and be a part of the team.
Ability to work within specified timeframes

Required:

NVQ Level 3 -Electrical
18th Edition Qualification
CSR card
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
Domestic or commercial experience
Valid UK Driver's License
