GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator to our client based in Bath. The Recruitment Administrator will work with a team providing a professional recruitment and admission service for prospective students. They will manage our client's applicant tracking system, as well as perform initial checks on incoming applications.

Main Duties of the Recruitment Administrator:

  • Assist with recruitment activities
  • Handle applicant enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Process applications for study
  • Maintain accurate data on the applicant portal
  • Provide input for relevant statistical reports

Role Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Good working knowledge of standard IT packages and databases
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience of maintaining clear and accurate records and managing confidential data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Able to give clear instructions and guidance mindful of when English may not be the recipient's first language
  • Ability to work with both speed and to a very degree of accuracy with a high attention to detail
