Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care.

Duties:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and other tasks
- Follow care plans and ensure that individual needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client information and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team leader or manager

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
- Knowledge of basic IT skills for documentation purposes
