- Completing work records and safety assessments electronically when required.
- Participating in winter maintenance duties and standby rotas.
- Occasionally supervising the work of other operatives.
- Reporting any unsafe work practices or equipment to a supervisor.
- Assisting the highways operations team in meeting service improvement standards.
- Maintaining courteous interactions with the public and upholding service delivery standards.
