As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:* Maintaining customer records in Salesforce.* Answering queries relating to the technical use of the software.* Working closely with the compliance teams to ensure customers have everything they need.* Solve customer queries.
The successful Customer Service Advisor, will have the following related skills / experience:* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent IT skills.* Previous customer service experience.
