  • Setting and running a range of machinery depending on
  • Production and packing of quality products, highlighting any concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensure system process and procedures are followed at all times
  • Fully flexible to work on any trained function
  • Supporting the Managers and other Production Operatives to deliver the production plan on a daily basis
  • Working constructively with co-workers and the wider team to continuously drive improvement in safety, quality, waste and machine efficiency
  • Working within a very fast paced environment, so you must have the ability to adapt quickly

Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceThe following skills would be advantageous but not limiting to the candidate's appointment to the position

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with a range of tasks, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Computer Literacy
