Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join this team and manage a varied and challenging caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with a passion for complex property transactions, including lease extensions, shared ownership, and unregistered land.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a diverse and complex caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and practical advice throughout the transaction process.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
- Handle complex matters, such as adverse possession claims, leasehold enfranchisement, and properties with title defects.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues in the property department, offering guidance and support to junior team members.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing, including handling complex transactions.
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with a focus on property law.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law, Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Outstanding communication and client-care abilities and the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
