The opportunity
Our client based in Cheltenham (GL51) requires a number of Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team on a temporary ongoing basis that could become temporary to permanent position for the right candidate. With this role you will be provided with all the PPE and on the job training that you require to be successful in this role.   The role will require candidates to be flexible with working hours as you will be on a weekly rotating shift pattern which is currently 07.00-15.00/15.00-01.00 however could become 07.00-15.00/23.00-07.00/15.00-07.00 during peak period when there are lots of orders to be processed.

About the role
In this role you will be required to complete a number of duties in different areas of the manufacturing area to begin with which could include:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Operating machines/machine minding
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Quality checking
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Packing/labelling/palletising
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Helping the company to continuously improve its manufacturing practices
