Deputy Operations Manager

Halcyon health and social care are delighted to be working with an exceptional care provider, who support a range of vulnerable individuals within Supported living services. The adults they care for have a range of needs from Learning disabilities, mental health needs, Substance misuse and complex needs. They have been awarded "Outstanding" by CQC which demonstrates the quality of the work they do. One thing that really impressed us with this client was their commitment to their staff, they put a huge amount of effort into staff development and carry the ethos that the well-being and happiness of their staff is one of their main priorities.

We are supporting this client by recruiting for an Operations Support Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality of support the people using their services receive, is continually improved upon and remains incredibly high. The job of Deputy Operations Support is to work closely with the Head of operations. 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• 3 years management experience within Supported living services
• NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care 
• Full UK drivers licence
• Competent knowledge of CQC regulations (KLOE's)
