Job Purpose- Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with Seniors to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Preparation of statutory accounts for the review of Managers and Partners
- Preparation of personal tax returns
- Preparation of corporate tax returns
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting with client bookkeeping and payroll work
- Using cloud accounting software such as Xero, SAGE and QuickBooks
- Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
- Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

- ACCA / ACA / AAT qualified, part-qualified or studying
- Recent experience working in UK practice
- Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Able to learn now IT skills quickly
- An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
- A hands-on, can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen eye for detail
