HR Advisor - West London

- Full time permanent role

- Large organisation with multiple sites in West London

- Salary up to £45,000 plus benefits including hybrid working after probationary period (2 days at home per week)

A large organisation based in the Shepherds Bush area is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Duties will include:

- Employee relations - dealing with ER cases across three sites (including disciplinaries, grievance, performance management etc.)

- Supporting line managers with HR advice and guidance

- Supporting HR projects

- HR reporting and database management

- Attending meetings

- Supporting with L&D activities

 To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience:

- Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant HR Advisor / ER Advisor experience

- Strong knowledge across ER including absence management, performance management etc. 

- Knowledge of up to date employment law

- Experience of working with unions would be seen as highly advantageous

- Experience in HR reporting with strong organsiational skills
