We are seeking a meticulous and compliance-driven Compliance and Quality Administrator to join a growing team in Montrose.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values precision and collaboration, offering hybrid working flexibility and an early finish on Fridays to support work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:* Manage and maintain document control processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards* Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001 standards, ensuring alignment with quality management system requirements* Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and recommend corrective actions* Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring consistency and integrity* Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and quality manuals* Monitor compliance with regulations and standards, providing guidance and training as required* Identify areas for continuous improvement within compliance and quality processesWhat We're Looking For:* Keen eye for detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness* Compliance-driven mindset with a passion for maintaining high standards* Proven experience in document control and quality management processes* Working knowledge of ISO9001 standards (preferred)* Strong organisational and multitasking skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teamsWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000 * Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office, with flexibility to work from home* Early finish on Fridays to support work-life balance* Opportunity to join a growing team* Professional development and training opportunities* Private medical care
