Randstad is seeking Residential Childcare Workers for shifts with an award-winning service, rated highly by the Care Inspectorate. The service supports children aged 10-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You'll help guide them from secure care to residential settings, and eventually throughcare or transitioning to independent living or adult services. This role is both challenging and rewarding, as you witness the long-term growth and development of the young people.

Pay rates up to £20 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people in a care setting (secure setting experience is a plus)
  • Flexibility in roles undertaken
  • Strong communication skills
  • PVG registration
  • Full driving license
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
