Office Manager

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to be engaged on a long term contract basis, to be located in West Cumbria.

Requirements

• Manage the client office and support to the site office
• Update and maintain boards
• Point of contact for meeting room bookings
• Line manage admin team
• Monitor inbox for training requests and respond to the queries in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate induction training plans, ensure the line manager is aware of any training needs prior to any new starters
• Create and monitoring of employee training agreements
• Security point of contact for clearance upgrades etc
• Point of contact for visitors
