Position: Welder
Location:Holme-on-Spalding-Moore
Salary: 15 - 16 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team, specialising in the fabrication of steel structures. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with consistent working hours and an early finish every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on a variety of steel structures with precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components.
- Assemble, measure, and cut steel materials to required specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and fabricating steel structures.
- Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
