Salesforce Developer Team Lead

2 days a week in office - Morden

You will need to be an expert in Apex coding to undertake this position

I am looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Team Lead to join an innovative business providing cutting edge software services that empower companies to navigate health and safety regulations, streamline supply chain compliance and manage workforce risks.

You will be the driving force behind the team on a series of projects as well as being an integral part of the hands-on development to modernise the platform!

Ideal candidate -

  • 5+ years in Salesforce Development, proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a cross-functional Salesforce team.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs, with experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps pipelines, data migration/ETL tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as BitBucket, JIRA, and Confluence, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented design and JavaScript.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical capabilities and contribute to the platform's vision.
