Summary We're looking for a Facilities & Support Services Co-ordinator to work as part of wider team looking after the day-to-day operations of . You'll play an important role in keeping everyone safe when they visit the us and make sure they get the most out of their day

Working pattern is full time 8.30 to 16.30 Mon to Friday.  Weekend working needed on a rotation pattern with the rest of the property staff for duty management. 

The advertised salary is inclusive of an Outer London weighting allowance of £3315 per annum.

Punctuated by the River Wandle and its tributaries, and with magnificent tree-lined avenues, in autumn the grounds are ablaze with colour. Its just  a 500 metre walk from the Northern Line and it feels like your in the middle of the countryside.

Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing You'll provide an efficient, effective, and flexible business support and facilities management service. 

In this role you'll be working within the National Trust procedures and conservation guidelines as well as supporting the team, of staff and volunteers to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards in business support, compliance, customer service and facilities maintenance. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include organising building maintenance and repairs, purchasing, supervising contractors on site, general and asset administration, overseeing health and safety arrangements, completing compliance tasks and internal comms. In addition to this you'll form part of a duty manager team, where you will lead the property on the designated days.

  • are able to multi-task and prioritise your own workload 
  • have good presentation and cleanliness standards 
  • are a great team player 
  • have good written and verbal communication skills, being comfortable communicating with people at all levels 
  • are flexible and customer focussed with strong customer service skills 
  • have experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office responsibility 
  • have good IT Skills
