Telesales/Inbound/Renewals sales role - Salary per annum £25K - £28K plus commission (£60K OTE uncapped), hybrid role, flexible start/finish times - South London HQ

B2B Renewals Inside sales role. The client is a training and accreditation services company that provides software and services to ensure compliance for Health and Safety in the workplace. Due to growth and development they are currently looking to appoint a Telesales specialist to renew and upsell / cross sell with existing customers over the phone and via Teams.

Working as part of a larger client services team, this role will be dealing with existing customer renewals on a daily basis. Calling and speaking to the existing clients about their business and ongoing certification and training needs you will be discussing and providing a renewal proposal that satisfies their needs. Following up on information sent the role will need to close these renewals in a timely manner.

You enjoy helping customers and have already spent time in phone sales, call centre sales or B2B Telesales roles. You likely don't enjoy cold calling but would enjoy dealing with inbound / existing customer opportunities every day. You have a good telephone manner and enjoy providing a customer centric service whilst working in a team / family environment. You are also happy working from an office 4 days a week in South West London (SM4).

On offer is a great package. Salary is up to £28K plus sales bonus (£15K uncapped is realistic in year 1 with top earners making £3K - £4K p/month in bonus), attractive pension, holidays and medical benefits. 35 hour working week is strictly observed and 30 days holidays.
