We are seeking a dedicated GCSE English Lecturer to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for English literature and language, committed to improving student outcomes through innovative teaching methods.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods to maximise student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop and update curriculum and lesson materials in line with current educational standards.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Extensive experience in teaching GCSE English, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
- Skilled in employing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Strong ability to assess student progress and provide effective support and feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Competitive hourly rate of £30 to £35.
- Flexible working days (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
