About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across a range of subjects and age groups. Your duties will include:
- Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Helping with classroom management and student engagement
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- A recent graduate (any subject area)
- Passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
- Prior experience in a school or tutoring is beneficial but not essential
