Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? GSL Education is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated school in Merton.

• Provide individualised support to students with SEND, ensuring they thrive in the classroom.
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored lesson plans and adapting resources to suit student needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage students’ social and emotional development.
• Support the implementation of EHCPs to help students achieve their learning goals.

• Experience in an SEN or similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, resilience, and a compassionate attitude towards supporting students with additional needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
