Our client a College based in Surrey require an IT support Technician based at their site in Morden but there will be travel to their other campuses in Carshalton and Wandsworth from time to time.  You must have an Enhanced DBS.

-Provide 1st/2nd ICT support to all employees and supported clients including assisting with day to day escalations and investigating complex problems or repeat failures. -Provide a quality customer focussed service ensuring calls are logged accurately and resolved efficiently using the Helpdesk Management system. -Support Hosted Telephony solution; update System backend as required in relation to moves and Changes. Configure and replace faulty Handsets.
