The position is for All Round Multi Traders in the Morden South West London area with a temp to perm arrangement.
Candidates are offered a pay rate of £23.41 per hour via Umbrella and are expected to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Applicants should have a relevant qualification in their primary trade and at least one secondary trade, along with good customer care skills.
The role involves general maintenance and new installation work in occupied and vacant properties, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.

We're looking for a number of Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South West London areas listed above.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
