On behalf of a franchised estate agents based in Morden, Surrey, Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients with renting and letting properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Duties:- Assist clients in renting, and letting properties- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation- Coordinate property advertisements and marketing efforts- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the entire lettings process- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targetsQualifications:- Previous experience in property lettings is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Multilingual abilities are a plusIf you are passionate about property and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
