With a strong, loyal client base and a reputation for excellence, the firm acts for a wide range of private and commercial clients and is known for its specialist, collaborative team.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build transactions, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership
- Lease extensions and unregistered titles
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
- Working closely with the Private Client Department on related matters
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge across a full range of residential conveyancing matters
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently on complex matters
- A proactive and professional approach to client care
- A strong interest in business development and networking
- Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
- A collaborative and friendly personality
- Proficiency in using case management systems, ideally LEAP
Key Skills Required
- Solid expertise in conveyancing law and residential property transactions
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
- Confident IT skills and comfort with digital workflows
