Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager within the Counter Service/Quick Service Restaurant sector?
THE JOB:
- Day to day running of a restaurant with a QSR set up.
- Ensure the service standards are continually monitored and maintained.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
- Comfortable completing monthly stock count.
- Weekly payroll completion an submission to the Head Office.
- Staff training and development.
- Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a counter service setting at a Managerial level.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- High standard on personal appearance.
THE PACKAGE:
- Up to 35K per annum (experience depending)
- 40h per week with no evening work
- 5 over 7 work patterns
- you will be required to work weekends.
