Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant school community in Merton, London.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Merton, London
Pay: 85 - 110 per day
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN and SEMH needs in a classroom setting, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and development.
  • Help manage student behavior and support emotional regulation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement personalized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
  • Engage with students to encourage participation and build confidence.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all learners.

Requirements:
