We are looking for a receptionist for one of our client's in Swan Court.

Location:Swan Court, 11 Worple Rd, London SW19 4JS
Duration: ASAP - on going
Timings: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Pay rate per hour
12.00 - PAYE
15.20 - UMB

Main duties include:

  • Handling basic maintenance tasks, ensuring office space is organized and functioning.
  • Supporting with paperwork, filing, scheduling, and other admin tasks.
  • Accurately inputting data into systems and maintaining records.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are prepped for events (arranging chairs, projectors, etc.).
  • Managing and scheduling room bookings efficiently.
  • Responding to email queries, answering the switchboard, and offering customer service.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 16kg. Handling light physical tasks like moving office supplies or small furniture.
  • A candidate with an upbeat personality to maintain a pleasant work environment.

Requirements:

Must have receptionist experience.
