Job Title: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multidiscipline nuclear projects at our power plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project execution strategies in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Oversee engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction, installation, and commissioning management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety and Environment legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in engineering or a related subject
  • APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing projects in highly regulated environments, preferably within the nuclear industry.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction, and installation/commissioning management.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and Environment legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective networks and relationships.
  • Results-focused with a team-centered approach.
