Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs? We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to work with Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils in a vibrant school in Morecambe.

Your Role:?? Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural challenges?? Assist in delivering tailored learning activities?? Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents?? Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
About You:?? Experience working with children with behavioural needs (KS1 preferred)?? Ability to manage challenging behaviour with patience and resilience?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills?? Understanding of safeguarding practices?? A caring and supportive approach to learning
