Join a friendly and supportive school in Morecambe as a Teaching Assistant – Level 2. This role offers a welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to student development from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide support and targeted interventions across the school, from EYFS to KS2.
- Work with small groups to enhance learning and understanding in core subjects.
- Implement targeted interventions to help students meet their educational goals.
- Utilise the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme to aid in literacy development, where applicable.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Knowledge of the Read, Write Inc phonics scheme is desirable.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a dedicated approach to student development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents.

- Full-time hours with a consistent schedule (Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 3:15).
