Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Morecambe, working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with SEN/SEMH, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in managing behaviour and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (preferably on the Update Service).
  • Ability to provide valid and contactable references from previous employment.
