**Job Advertisement: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (One-to-One)**
**Location:** Morecambe **Role Type:** Monday to Wednesday
We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student in Morecambe. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**- Support the learning and development of a Year 4 student on a one-to-one basis.- Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, tailored to the student's needs.- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
**Qualifications:**- Experience working as a teaching assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
