Job Overview:
Our client based in Heysham is seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Assistant with a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license to join their team. The successful candidate will support daily operations, ensuring efficient warehouse functions, and assisting with general site duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift truck for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Support the team with general operational tasks, including packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT license (essential).
