Are you a multitasker with a flair for organization and customer service? Join my clients vibrant team as a Sales Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting departments, suppliers, and customers while keeping our factory operations running smoothly.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via email and social media with professionalism and care-liaise with third-party couriers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage and monitor stock
  • Keep packaging stock in check, placing timely orders with suppliers to maintain supply flow.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes using financial systems and online ordering platforms. Print courier labels, organize deliveries, and provide pick lists for factory dispatch.
  • Support the Commercial Team with various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Verify orders, including customer details and payment information, and address any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers to answer queries, expedite orders, and keep them informed.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records while relaying feedback to relevant departments.
