Join an Ofsted outstanding primary school as a Year 3 Class Teacher. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers looking to contribute to the education of young minds in a supportive and thriving school environment. Please note this position is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school life.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, specifically Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
