Day-to-day of the role:- Provide general classroom support in a KS1 setting.
- Assist the teacher with the preparation and delivery of lessons and activities.
- Support individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
- Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating educational environment.
- Monitor and encourage student progress, providing feedback to teachers on individual learning needs.
- Participate in and support school events and activities.
- Experience in a classroom setting, particularly at the KS1 level, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- A proactive and patient approach to student learning and classroom management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
